WHEREAS, Urban Redevelopment Authority of Pittsburgh (URA), owner of certain property in the Liberty Park Phase II project in the 11th Ward of the City of Pittsburgh, wishes to dedicate portions of Princeton Place and Kalida Drive to the City of Pittsburgh for public highway and utility purposes and the City of Pittsburgh wishes to accept the dedication:      
 
Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
 
Section 1.      
 
The dedication of the following streets and utilities is hereby accepted:
 
All that certain right of way to be dedicated for street purposes and utilities, variable width, being portions of Kalida Drive and Princeton Place in the Liberty Park Phase II Plan of Lots as recorded in the Allegheny County Department of Real Estate in Plan Book Volume 271, Page 54 situate in the 11th Ward, City of Pittsburgh, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania, more particularly bound and described as follows:
 
Beginning at a point on the northeasterly right of way line of Kalida Street, 50.00 feet wide, said point being the following two (2) courses and distances from a point at the intersection of the northeasterly right of way line of Kalida Drive and Collins Avenue, 70.00 feet wide: in a southeasterly direction by a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 10.00 feet through an arc distance of 15.71 feet,also having a chord bearing of S 19° 44' 38.4" E and a chord distance of 14.14 feet,  to a point of tangency; S 64°44' 38.4" E a distance of 155.27 feet, to the point of beginning; thence from said point of beginning by the northeasterly right of way line of Kalida Drive S 64° 44' 38.4" E a distance of 138.00 feet to a point on the southeasterly terminus of Kalida Drive; thence by the southeasterly terminus of Kalida Drive and by the southeasterly right of way line of Princeton Place S 25° 15' 21.6 W a distance of 360.83 feet to a point; thence by a line through Kalida Drive N 40° 44' 31.7" W a distance of 4.31 feet to a point; thence continuing by same N 64°44' 38.4" W a distance of 32.006 feet to a point on the northwesterly right of way line of Princeton Place; thence by the northwesterly right of way line of Princeton Place N 25° 15' 21.6" E a distance of 299.08 feet to a point of curvature; thence continuing by same in a northwesterly direction by a curve bearing to the left having a radius of 10.00 feet through an arc distance of 15.71 feet to a point of tangency on the southwesterly right of way line of said Kalida Drive; thence by the southwesterly right of way line of said Kalida Drive N 64° 44' 38.4" W a distance of 92.00 feet to a point; thence by a line through Kalida Drive N 25° 15' 21.6" E a distance of 50.00 feet to a point on the northeasterly right of way line of said Kalida Drive, at the point of beginning. Containing an area of 18,052 square feet or 0.414 acre.
 
The Plans for Liberty Park Phase No. 1 Contract No. 1 are filed in Case 5 Drawer 10, sheets 1 through 71 and have Accession Number KR 1000 to KR 1070, dedicated and accepted by Resolution 711, effective December 31, 2007.   Liberty Park Phase No. 2 Contract No. 2 are filed in Case 5, Drawer 10.  These are Sheets 1 through 36 and have Accession Numbers KR 1100 to KR 1137.
