Resolution providing for the issuance of warrants in the total sum of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00) payable as follows: Four Thousand Forty-One Dollars and Eighty-Two Cents ($4,041.82) in favor of Ricky Lee Davis and his attorney Jeffrey L. Suher, P.C., 4328 Old William Penn Hwy, Suite 2J, Monroeville, PA 15146, Nine Hundred Eighty-Six Dollars and Six Cents ($986.06) in favor of Allegheny County Family Division and One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars and Twelve Cents ($1,972.12) in favor of the Department of Public Welfare in settlement of the action filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at GD 01-006204, for personal injuries and damages arising from a vehicular accident on or about April 2, 1999, at the intersection of Hill Avenue and Wood Street, in the Borough of Wilkinsburg.

Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign warrants in the total sum of Seven Thousand Dollars ($7,000.00) payable as follows: Four Thousand Forty-One Dollars and Eighty-Two Cents ($4,041.82) in favor of Ricky Lee Davis and his attorney Jeffrey L. Suher, P.C., 4328 Old William Penn Hwy, Suite 2J, Monroeville, PA 15146, Nine Hundred Eighty-Six Dollars and Six Cents ($986.06) in favor of Allegheny County Family Division and One Thousand Nine Hundred Seventy-Two Dollars and Twelve Cents ($1,972.12) in favor of the Department of Public Welfare in settlement of the action filed in the Court of Common Pleas of Allegheny County, Pennsylvania at GD 01-006204, for personal injuries and damages arising from a vehicular accident on or about April 2, 1999, charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2014.
