Be it resolved that the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-9623, from GM Lutsko, Inc. - 1212 Crawford Avenue, Duquesne, PA. 15110 to Applicant The Cure Restaurant, LLC.- 5536 5336 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201 (Lawrenceville) into the premises to be known as The Cure Restaurant, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, §4-461
Section 2. Request for Approval
Applicant The Cure Restaurant, LLC - which has the mailing address of 5536 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201 (Lawrenceville), submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-9623, which is currently, registered to GM Lutsko, Inc. - 1212 Crawford Avenue, Pittsburgh PA. 15110 desires to place a restaurant liquor license into the premises known as The Cure Restaurant - 5536 5336 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201 (Lawrenceville). The proposed interior of the premises is a Restaurant business containing 50 seats of floor area.
Section 3. Public Hearing
City Council shall set a date for a Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning The Cure Restaurant, LLC - 5536 5336 Butler Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201 (Lawrenceville), intent to the above liquor license.
