Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor, and the Chief Urban Affairs Officer of the Bureau of Neighborhood Empowerment, are authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with the University of Pittsburgh to provide a City-wide Gender Analysis for the Gender Equity Commission to use in making recommendations regarding policy and City department processes in the amount of Forty-five Thousand Dollars ($45,000.00)

The Agreement shall be chargeable to and payable from the following account:

$45,000.00 from 11101.102100.53.53901.2018
