Title
Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning to enter into contract and hire consultant, LaQuatra Bonci Associates, to develop a master plan for Fort Pitt Park. The park master plan should be executed for a sum not to exceed Forty Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($45,000).

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into contract and hire consultant, LaQuatra Bonci Associates, to develop a master plan for Fort Pitt Park. The park master plan should be executed for a sum not to Forty Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($45,000). This cost includes community outreach, inventory/analysis, plan alternatives, and final master plan.
Section 2. Said Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
Section 3. Funding used for the Agreement or Agreements with LaQuatra Bonci Associates in furtherance of the Fort Pitt Park Plan process will be chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
