Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  Wendell Hissrich, Director of Public Safety, Raymond V. DeMichiei, Deputy Director, Emergency Management Agency, is authorized to execute for and onin behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, a public entity established under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, all required forms and documents for the purpose of obtaining financial assistance under the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Assistance Act (Public Law 100-707) Ivan disaster of 2004. (FEMA-1557-DR-PA).
