Resolution authorizing the Mayor and Director of City Planning to enter into a Fellowship Participation Agreement with Coro Pittsburgh not to exceed $9,750 for fiscal year 2019.

WHEREAS, the City wishes to engage fellows from Coro Pittsburgh Fellowship in Public Affairs  for placement to carry out projects related to civic engagement programs; and

WHEREAS, Coro Pittsburgh operates a local fellowship program for the purpose of providing work experiences for young professionals, to perform important community, recreational, planning, sustainable and project management work for municipal agencies and for non-profit organizations.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of City Planning are hereby authorized to enter into a Fellowship Participation Agreement with Coro Pittsburgh at a cost not to exceed Nine Thousand Seven Hundred and Fifty Dollars ($9,750) which shall be payable from the following account number:

11101.110000.53.53901.2019

Section 2.                     The Fellowship Participation Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
