Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Service Agreement or Agreements with The Forbes Funds to provide technical and capacity building assistance to participants of the Stop the Violence grant program, at an overall cost to the City not to exceed ONE HUNDRED NINETY-TWO THOUSAND, THREE HUNDRED DOLLARS AND ZERO CENTS ($192,300.00).

Section 2.                     The City Controller shall encumber funds for said Agreement(s), subject to appropriations by City Council in respective budget years, from the following chart of accounts:

2023:                     2100247700.53901.00                     $192,300.00

Section 3.                     Said Agreement(s) shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
