Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are authorized to enter into an agreement with the PA Department of Community and Economic Development (DCED) Multimodal Transportation Fund (MTF), in order to receive a grant award of $3,000,000 dollars in funding for the South 21st Street Complete Green Street Project implementation in collaboration with the Western Pennsylvania Conversancy. In the event the grant is awarded, monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund.
