Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Power Contracting Company for costs associated with Construction for the Pittsburgh Downtown Wayfinding project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million Seven Hundred Sixty-One Thousand Two Hundred Thirty-Five Dollars ($1,761,235.00), reimbursable at 100%.
