Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Carl’s Tree Service - Landscaping in the amount of Thirty-Three Thousand Seven Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents ($33,700.00) for tree trimming and pruning services that are required for the maintenance and upkeep of various properties owned by the Three Taxing Bodies, chargeable to and payable from the Three Taxing Bodies Trust Fund account 1070876500.54105.00
