Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     Resolution authorizing, pursuant to Ch. 210 (“Acceptance of Gifts to City”) of the City Code, the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to accept a donation from King Street Production of FIVE THOUSAND ($5,000.00) dollars for the Ammon Recreation Center and Pool Art Mural. Donated monies shall be deposited into JDE account 11101.500000.53.53907.2023.
