Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Manager of the Office of Municipal Investigations, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement/Agreements with Assured Polygraph Services to conduct public safety candidate pre-employment background investigations and/or testify in Civil Service decertification hearings. 

 

Section 2.                      The Agreement shall be chargeable to and payable form the following account for an amount not to exceed $24,000.00:

$24,000.00 from 11101.240000.53.53529.2019

 

Section 3.                     The Agreement or Agreements are subject to the approval of the City Solicitor as to form and substance.
