Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburg as follows:

Section 1. The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby endorses the request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a liquor license, License No. R-13100, from El Paso Mexican Grill Bethel Park, LLC, located at 1778-1780 North Highland Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241 to the Applicant, El Paso Mexican Grill Bethel Park, LLC, located at 564 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219, pursuant to amended Pennsylvania Liquor Code, ?4-461.

Section 2. Request for Approval

Jose Solis Garcia, which has a mailing address of 24 Madora Road, Morgantown, WV 26505, submitted a request for approval of an inter-municipal transfer of a restaurant liquor license, License No. R-13100, which is currently registered to El Paso Mexican Grill Bethel Park, LLC, located at 1778-1780 North Highland Road, Pittsburgh, PA 15241, desires to place a liquor license into premises known as El Paso Mexican Grill Bethel Park, LLC and numbered as at 564 Forbes Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15219. The proposed interior of the premises is 2500 square foot floor area.

Section 3. Public Hearing

City Council shall set a date for Public Hearing for the purpose of receiving comments and recommendations of interested individuals residing in the City of Pittsburgh concerning intent to transfer the above liquor license.


Section 4. Approval or Denial of Request
