Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in the total sum of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,069.75) in favor of Precise Discovery, LLC, 429 Fourth Avenue, 2^nd Floor, Pittsburgh, PA  15219 related to a lawsuit filed in the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas at S.A. 13-003256 and charging same to 11101.58.58105.108000.2018; Item Number 11111-23.
