Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor is hereby authorized to issue and the City Controller to countersign a warrant in favor of Western Pennsylvania Conservancy in the amount of Seventeen Thousand Dollars for tree pit site preparation work completed for the East Carson Street streetscape project, chargeable to and payable from 6030174118.54207.00.
