Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1. AMENDING and supplementing Resolution No. 855 of 2011 by transferring $5,500 to Brighton Heights Citizens Federation-Surveillance Cameras, $5,500 to Brightwood Civic Group- Surveillance Cameras, $5,500 to East Allegheny Community Council, $3,000 to Observatory Hill Inc. Newsletter, $5,500 to Observatory Hill-Surveillance Cameras, $5,500 to Spring Hill Civic League- Surveillance Cameras, and $5,500 to Troy Hill Citizens Inc- Surveillance Cameras, per the "Revised Budget" column, and by renaming Perry Athletic Association to Old Allegheny Soccer.
