Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Eastern Research Group, Inc. to provide recycling education outreach services in an amount not to exceed One Hundred Thousand Dollars ($100,000.00) over a period of one (1) year, chargeable and payable from Grants Trust Fund account number 4029400504.53901.00.

 

Section 2.  The Agreement or Agreements shall be approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
