Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and Director of the Department of Public Works, are hereby authorized to apply for grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Conservation and Natural Resources’ Community Conservation Partnership Program, to provide funding for the Allegheny Riverfront Park Renovation Project. The grant proposal includes an ask of $250,000.00 with a local match of $500,000.00 from the Pittsburgh Cultural Trust, for a total project cost of SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND ($750,000.00) DOLLARS for this stated purpose.
