Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into a supplementary agreement with Allegheny County for the payment of local costs associated with the 10^th Street Bridge Project being undertaken by the County, and further providing for payment of costs not to exceed Ninety Eight Thousand One Hundred Forty Four Dollars and Seventy Three Cents ($98,144.73), representing an increase of Forty Two Thousand One Hundred Forty Four Dollars and Seventy Three Cents ($42,144.73) from the original agreement, as authorized by Resolution 312 of 2015), payable from the following account:
