Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution amending Resolutuion 642-2019 entitled "Resolution amending Resolution 158 of 2017, a resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Computronix (USA) Inc., for the provision of a permitting and licensing package, at an additional cost not to exceed One Million Four Hundred Eighty Thousand and Zero Dollars ($1.480,000.00) over the next two years" is hereby amended as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements or Amendments with Computronix (USA) Inc. for the provision of a permitting and licensing package at a cost not to exceed [Six Million Six Hundred Nineteen Thousand Four Hundred Two Dollars ($6,619,402.00)] Six Million Eight Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Four Hundred and Two Dollars ($6,874,402)over five years, subject to annual appropriation by City Council for future years. This cost includes implementation, training, maintenance, professional services, annual software subscriptions, and production support services and enhancements over the course of the Agreement or Agreements.
