Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Michael Baker International Inc. for costs associated with the Preliminary Design Phase for the Penn Ave Signals project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Seven Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Three Hundred Sixty-Five Dollars and Sixty-Two Cents ($766,365.62), reimbursable at 80%.
