Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.  The Mayor and the Department of City Planning on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements with contractors and/or vendors for the operational and administrative costs associated with the Americans with Disabilities Act program, and related costs, in the amount not to exceed $25,000.
