Resolution authorizing the licensing fee schedule specific to the Department of Permits, Licenses, and Inspections, effective November 15, 2018 and continuing, pursuant to Chapter 170 of the City Code.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The fees licenses only are hereby incorporated, effective November 15, 2018 and continuing.

Section 2.                     The effective date of the Resolution shall be November 15, 2018. 

Section 3.                     Pursuant to Chapter 170 of the City Code, the fees that are codified in the code are amended to incorporate the new fees hereby established in the 2019 fee book.
