Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

 

Section 1.            The Mayor along with the Directors of the Departments of Public Safety and Public Works are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into a Lease Agreement or Agreements with WAG 2 LLC for use of the property located at 510 McDonald St., Pittsburgh, PA 15206. Said Lease Agreement(s) shall be at a cost not to exceed ONE MILLION EIGHTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($1,080,550) to be paid from the following account codes, subject to City Council appropriations in future budget years:
