Resolution authorizing the Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to receive grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Green Light Go Program in the amount of Four Hundred and Thirty Thousand Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($430,000.13) to upgrade traffic control switches.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are authorized to receive grant funding from the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation to upgrade traffic control switches in the amount of Four Hundred and Thirty Thousand Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($430,000.13). Monies from the grant agreement shall be deposited into the Grants Trust Fund 6029400454.45505.00.
Section 2. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure are further authorized to enter into Agreements, or Contracts, or utilize existing Agreements or Contracts, for expenditures not to exceed Four Hundred and Thirty Thousand Dollars and Thirteen Cents ($430,000.13) under the terms of the agreement between the City of Pittsburgh and the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, chargeable to and payable from the appropriate expenditure line in the Grants Trust Fund account 6029400454.
Section 3. A local match of One Hundred Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Four Cents ($107,500.04) shall come from the Capital Budget JDE job number 6074012122 for a total project cost of Five Hundred and Thirty-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Dollars and Seventeen Cents ($537,500.17).
