Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

                     Resolution 343 of 2020 is amended as follows:

Section 1.                      The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into a Professional Services Agreement with Campbell Durrant, P.C., 535 Smithfield St., Suite 700, Pittsburgh, PA 15222 for professional legal services and expert advice regarding labor matters at a cost not to exceed Three Hundred Forty Ninety Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($390,000.00), chargeable to and payable from the following JD Edwards Accounts:
