Resolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation to enter into a Sponsorship Agreement(s) with Clearview Federal Credit Union for the 2024 City of Pittsburgh Gingerbread House Display and Tree Lighting Ceremony at no cost to the City.

WHEREAS, each winter, the Office of Special Events presents the City of Pittsburgh Gingerbread House Display and Tree Lighting Ceremony, an annual holiday celebration, which attracts guests from around the region; and
WHEREAS, Clearview Federal Credit Union desires to provide the City with financial sponsorship support of Eight Thousand Dollars for the events and designated associated activities; and the parties wish to enter into a Sponsorship Agreement for the year 2024.
Now therefore, be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Section 1. The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Parks and Recreation are authorized to enter into a Financial Sponsorship Agreement with Clearview Federal Credit Union for the 2024 City of Pittsburgh Gingerbread House Display and Tree Lighting Ceremony and designated associated activities. The Sponsorship Terms will provide a total value of Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000.00) to the City to support the Gingerbread House Display and Tree Lighting Ceremony.
Section 2: All monies from the aforementioned sponsors will be deposited into the following account: JDE 5000731400.48106.00.
Section 3. Said Agreement(s) shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor.
