Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Gulisek Construction LLC for costs associated with the Construction for the Critical Sidewalk Gaps project; providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed One Million One Hundred Fifty-Six Thousand Four Hundred Seventy-Five Dollars and Thirty-Five Cents ($1,156,475.35), reimbursable at 100%.
