Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Resolution No. 99, effective March 6, 2017 which presently reads as follows:

Section 1. The Mayor of the City of Pittsburgh is hereby authorized to designate, for use by the City Controller, the following program categories for the 2012 Community Development Block Grant Program.
