Body

WHEREAS, the City wishes to contract expert services concerning pending tax litigation; and

WHEREAS, Strassburger, McKenna, Gutnick, & Gefsky is qualified to complete the specialized work necessary; and

WHEREAS, the City wishes to enter into an agreement with Strassburger, McKenna, Gutnick, & Gefsky with respect to this litigation.

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional services agreement with Strassburger, McKenna, Gutnick, & Gefsky to address pending tax litigation at an amount not to exceed Twenty Thousand dollars ($20,000) appropriated from the following account: 11101.108000.53.53517.2022.

Section 2.                     Said Agreement or Agreements are approved by the City Solicitor as to form.
