Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Department of Parks and Recreation are hereby authorized to enter on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh into an agreement or agreements with Keys Service Corps with regard to the 2021 AmeriCorps Summer Program.  Said agreement or agreements shall be in a form approved by the City Solicitor and shall be at a cost to the City not to exceed TWELVE THOUSAND and NO CENTS ($12,000.00).

Section 2.                     Funding for said agreement(s) shall be chargeable and payable from: 11101. 500000.53.53907.2021 Item #5201.
