Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1 of Resolution 516 of 2020 which currently reads as follows:

Section 1.                     The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are authorized to supplement the Professional Services Agreement with a consultant, Eileen Papale, as a sole source to provide professional support services to staff of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure at a cost not to exceed Twenty One Thousand dollars ($21,000.00), payable from
