Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:
Resolution amending Resolution 758 of 2022, entitled “The Mayor and the Director of the Departments of Innovation and Performance and Public Safety and Mobility and Infrastructure on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements or amendments to existing agreements with eDocs for licensing, maintenance, professional and support services to convert the currently used Incident Management System (IMS) over to a more robust platform for management of Police document images dating from 2006 back through and including 1996 and imaging project implementation and import and indexing of the APRS Data (other forms from RMS) onto OnBase. The OnBase platform will integrate with RMS, be hosted in the cloud and provide the Police Department with its own instance of OnBase for access to the documents, and to add licensing and maintenance and support services to provide document management services to include the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure right of way permits records previously stored in the Accela permitting system, dating back to 1989. Data will be migrated to OnBase and indexed, and enable the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure to respond to records requests. This will increase the total 2022 cost by Twenty Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($20,500) to a total 2022 cost of Five Hundred Forty Nine Thousand, Forty Seven Dollars Sixty-Five Cents ($549,047.65). The total cost of said agreement or agreements shall not exceed One Million, Five Hundred Sixty One, Nine Hundred Six Dollars Eighty-Three Cents ($1,561,906.83) over a period not to exceed ten (10) years” is hereby amended as follows:
