We ask that you heed the many voices representing broad-based support for restoration of Medicaid funding. We ask that you fully appreciate that deep cuts to this program could literally be a death sentence to those with chronic illnesses. We are supportive of the numerous ideas presented to you to create new funding streams in support of Medicaid funding restoration as well. It is our hope that the Governor and Assembly act in a bipartisan fashion to restore Medicaid funding for the good of the health and well being of the citizens of this Commonwealth.
