Said agreement or agreements involves the matching of funds and shall be at a total cost to the City not to exceed FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($40,000.00) over a two-year period.  
2024-0662 1 ResolutionResolution amending Resolution 844-2023, authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Innovation & Performance, and the Director of the Department of Mobility & Infrastructure on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an amended Agreement or Agreements or amendments thereto with Cohen Law Group, and CTC Technology & Energy for renegotiation of the City’s Cable Franchise Agreements with Comcast and Verizon, and for consultation on development of fiber and wireless telecommunication assets and policy by increasing the approved amount by Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) for an amended total cost not-to-exceed Seven Hundred Eleven Thousand Two Hundred Thirteen Dollars and Seventy Cents ($711,213.70) over five years.  
2024-0663 1 ResolutionResolution authorizing the Mayor and Department of Parks and Recreation, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an agreement or agreements with Information Age Technologies, Inc, for the CoPilot Annual Subscription Fee for the Healthy Active Living Senior Centers’ Software Subscription, used for data collection and the reporting of services to Allegheny County Department of Human Services Area Agency on Aging as mandated by the City’s contract with Allegheny County, for a three year term. The total amount for 2024 will be at a cost not to exceed TWENTY-ONE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($21,000.00), with future annual amounts to be negotiated on an as-needed basis.
