2025-2293 1 ResolutionResolution further amending Resolution No. 857 of 2023, effective December 27, 2023, as amended, entitled “Resolution adopting and approving the 2024 Capital Budget, the proposed 2024 Community Development Program, and the 2024 through 2029 Capital Improvement Program” by reducing BRIDGE PRESERVATION AND RESTORATION FUND (TIP) by Fifty Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($50,000.00), increasing BRIDGE UPGRADES by Ten Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($10,750.00), and increasing SWINDELL BRIDGE (TIP) by Seven Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($785,000.00), Seven Hundred Forty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty Dollars and Zero Cents ($745,750.00) of which is reimbursable by the Federal Highway Administration and Pennsylvania Department of Transportation at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh.  
2025-2306 1 ResolutionResolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of Finance to enter into an agreement or agreements Clark Hill to serve as Bond Counsel for the purpose of rendering any and all opinions with respect to the Bonds and preparing such additional documents as may be necessary. Total costs shall not exceed One Hundred Thirty-Three Thousand Dollars and Zero Cents ($133,000.00) over a three-year period with two one-year options to extend the contract and shall be paid using proceeds from the debt issuance.
