2024-0581 1 ResolutionResolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Mobility and Infrastructure amending Resolution 507 of 2021, to enter which authorized the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an contribution and cooperation agreement with the Pittsburgh Water and Sewer Authority (PWSA) for work in connection with the Fleury Way Project; the City will participate in the project and is willing to reimburse PWSA Five Hundred and Sixty-Four Thousand, Seven Hundred, and Nine Dollars, and One Cent ($564,709.01); and providing for the payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Eight Hundred Fifty-Nine Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Seven Dollars and Nine Cents ($859,137.09) an increase of Two Hundred Ninety-Four Thousand Four Hundred Twenty-Eight Dollars and Eight Cents ($294,428.08) from the previously authorized amount.
