2025-2002 1 ResolutionResolution amending Resolution No. 119 of 2024, which authorized the Mayor and the City Solicitor, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into a professional consultation services agreement with Albert Risk Management Consultants for insurance consulting services, by updating the legal vendor name to Artex Risk Solutions, and to extend the term of the agreement by one (1) year, at no additional cost to the City. This resolution serves to authorize only the amended Reimbursement Agreement or Agreements, at no cost to the City of Pittsburgh. Future Resolutions will authorize the project specific service agreements.  
2025-2026 1 ResolutionResolution authorizing the Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with Cosmos Technologies, Inc., for professional services related to the renovation of Kennard Park, at City cost not-to-exceed Five Hundred Eighty-Two Thousand Nine Hundred and Forty-Six Dollars and Eighty Cents ($582,946.80) over a period of one (1) year.

2023-1723 2 OrdinanceOrdinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Nine, Zoning, Article I, Section 902.03 Zoning Map, by changing from HC, Highway Commercial District to SP-9/Bakery Square District, certain property roughly bounded by Penn Avenue, East Liberty Boulevard and the Pittsburgh Regional Transit East Busway, all in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 11th Ward; and by changing from UI, Urban Industrial District to SP-9/Bakery Square District, that certain property roughly bounded by Penn Avenue and the existing easternmost boundary of the SP-9/Bakery Square District; in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 12th Ward; and by changing from HC, Highway Commercial District to UI, Urban Industrial District, that certain property roughly bounded by the northwestern boundary of the SP-9/Bakery Square District and Norfolk Southern Rail line, in the Allegheny County Block and Lot System, 11th Ward. 2025-1752 1 ResolutionResolution providing for the designation as a Historic Structure under Title 11 of the Code of Ordinances that certain Structure known as Donny’s Place, located at 1226 Herron Avenue (26-Q-189), in the Polish Hill Neighborhood, in the 5th Ward, City of Pittsburgh. The owner of the property does not support the nomination and there is no cost to the City. (Public Hearing held 7/10/25)  
2025-2004 1 ResolutionResolution providing for an amended Agreement or Agreements with Action Housing, Inc. for costs associated with the Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP 1); providing for payment of the costs thereof, not to exceed Fifteen Million Nine Hundred Forty Thousand One Hundred Four Dollars and Thirty-Five Cents ($15,940,104.35), an increase of Twelve Thousand Six Hundred Eighty-Six Dollars and Thirty-Five Cents ($12,686.35) from the previously executed Agreement.  
2025-2051 1 ResolutionResolution amending Resolution No. 568 of 2024, which authorized the City of Pittsburgh to enter into an Agreement or Agreements with New Sun Rising for the management and disbursement of grassroots and small-scale investments for the City of Pittsburgh's Food Justice Fund, by naming grant recipients and award amounts, as selected by the Food Justice Fund Governance Committee. The not to exceed amount remains One Million Six Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($1,650,000.00).

Mathilda Street, 4938 and 5120 Rosetta Street, and 4921 and 5001 Broad Street, respectively (Council District No. 9),” by removing Block 50-K, Lot 94 (5001 Broad Street - Council District No. 9) at no cost to the City.
