Rudolph MD FACEP launched the Physician Medicine Assist Program (PMAP), a program modeled after a Vermont physician-hospital organization called United Health Alliance, which allows consumers to buy medication from Canada; and WHEREAS, the PMAP program can help save as much as 75 percent on medication costs by dealing with Canadian pharmacies, thus bypassing huge drug prices on medicine in the United States; and WHEREAS, the PMAP targets seniors in Allegheny County who have no pharmacy benefits, those who exhaust their HMO pharmacy benefits and others who have no pharmaceuticalAdoptedPass Action details
