Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      Resolution amending Resolution No. 1267, approved November 12, 1993 entitled "providing for the implementation of a Residential Parking Permit Program (RPPP) Area "V" in the Shadyside community pursuant to Pittsburgh Code Chapter 549" so as to add one address to Area "V".

Within the area bounded by: South Graham Street, from Centre Avenue to Potter Street; Noble Street, from Claybourne Street to Potter Street; Claybourne Street, from South Aiken Avenue to 5543 Claybourne Street; Hagy Place, from South Graham Street to it's end; and Potter Street, from South Graham Street to it's end.

IS HEREBY AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS:

Within the area bounded by: South Graham Street, from Centre Avenue to Potter Street; Noble Street, from Claybourne Street to Potter Street; Claybourne Street, from South Aiken Avenue to 5543 Claybourne Street; Hagy Place, from South Graham Street to it's end; and Potter Street, from South Graham Street to it's end. Also included is 5514 Centre Avenue.
