Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, in form approved by the City Solicitor, with a Consultant or Consultants, in connection with the rehabilitation or replacement of the 2^nd Avenue Bridge Replacement, at a cost not to exceed $800,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following accounts:
