Title

Ordinance amending the Pittsburgh Code, Title Six Conduct, Article I Regulated Rights and Actions, Chapter 619, Refuse Collection and Recycling, Section 619.18; Refuse Collection Times in Residential Zones.

Body

The Council of the City of Pittsburgh hereby enacts as follows:

Section 1.  The Pittsburgh Code, Title Six Conduct, Article I Regulated Rights and Actions, Chapter 619, Refuse Collection and Recycling, Section 619.18, Refuse Collection Times in Residential Zones, Subsection (a) as follows:

§ 619.18 REFUSE COLLECTION TIMES IN RESIDENTIAL ZONES

(a) No person shall operate any trash, rubbish, garbage, or recycling collection activities within any residentially zoned district, within 1,000 feet of any residentially zoned district or within [300] 100 feet of a residential structure between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
