Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the City Solicitor are hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements to engage W. Christopher Conrad, Esquire, 300 Washington Road, Suite 302, Pittsburgh, PA 15216 for expert consulting services with anticipated or pending litigation at a cost not to exceed $10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Dollars and No Cents) chargeable to and payable from Organization 108000, Account 526100, Sub Class 150, Fund 1000, Budget Year 2011.
