Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of Public Safety, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into an agreement or agreements, or use of existing agreements and/or contract or contracts, or to use and existing contract or contracts for the purchase of materials, supplies, equipment, software, and/or services in connection with the police facilities upgrades and technology at a cost not to exceed One Hundred and Twenty Five Thousand Dollars ($125,000) and providing for the payment of the costs thereof.  Funding for this project will be available in the following Capital chartfield:
