Title

Resolution authorizing the Director of Finance and the Mayor to transfer $13,376,000  Dollars from the City's general fund account , (Parking Tax revenue) to the Comprehensive Municipal Pension Trust Fund in accordance with Ordinance 44 of 2010 and PA State Act 44 of 2008.

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1      The Director of Finance and the Mayor are herby authorized to transfer $13,376,000 dollars from the City's general fund account, Parking Tax revenue account, to the Comprehensive Municipal Pension Trust Fund

Section 2      The Director of Finance shall execute the transfer at a discretionary time determined to be most advantageous  to the City, in accordance with Ordinance 44 of 2010 and PA State Act 44 of 2008.  

Section 3       The Mayor, on behalf of the City, shall be authorized to enter into the necessary agreements to execute this resolution.
