Title

Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1      If the Director of Finance, the Mayor and the Pittsburgh Parking Authority are unwilling to enter into a new PILOT agreement as described in the City's 2011 Budget and amended Five Year Plan as approved by the ICA, the Mayor and the Director of Finance shall be authorized to transfer up to $1,300,000 additional funds from the City's 2011 budgeted General Fund Balance, only if necessary, for execution of 2011 budget and in accordance with Ordinance 44 of 2010.
