Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.         The Mayor and Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements and License Agreement or License Agreements with Fossil Free Fuel, LLC, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, in connection with the furnishing, installation and operation of a complete AST biodiesel fueling system at the Department of Public Works, Division 2 site at zero cost to the City of Pittsburgh.

Section 2.         The Mayor and Director of Finance, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to enter into an Agreement or Agreements and License Agreement or License Agreements with Fossil Free Fuel, LLC, in a form approved by the City Solicitor, in connection with the furnishing, installation and operation of a complete new automated Veeder-Root TSL-250 monitoring system for AST fuel capacity, water level, and leak detection at the Department of Public Works, Division 2 station at cost not to exceed five-thousand dollars ($5,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Org: 121000; Fund: 6100; Sub-Cls: PGHPR; Proj/Grant: 2267353; Account: 600000; BY: 2009.
