Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Mayor and the Director of the Department of Finance and the Director of the Department of Public Works, on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, are hereby authorized to advertise for proposals and to award and to enter into a Contract or Contracts, or to use existing Contracts,  an Agreement or Agreements, or to use existing Agreements, and are further authorized to purchase materials, equipment, and supplies, in connection with the installation of Audible Traffic Signals in CBDG areas, at a cost not to exceed $50,000.00, chargeable to and payable from the following account:
