Body

Be it resolved by the Council of the City of Pittsburgh as follows:

Section 1.      The Director of the Department of Public Safety and the Fire Chief on behalf of the City of Pittsburgh, is hereby authorized to enter into a Contract or Contracts, for the purchase of firefighting equipment.  The total shall not exceed One hundred thousand dollars ($100,000.00) chargeable to and payable from Account 544700, Fund 2610, Organization 250000, Sub-Class C2011, Budget Year 2011, Project/Grant #2261200, Bureau of Fire, Department of Public Safety.
